D. Minimise the impact of Cyber Security Incidents
By adhering to recommended Principles, as well as Best Practice (found in ISO 27001, 27005, 27035 and 27032), delegates will learn how to implement a combination of Preventative, Detective and Corrective measures that reduce the likelihood and impact of common Cyber events. Delegates also learn how to plan for and identify as yet unknown events.
The Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF) is intended to be used by any organization type who wishes to manage the risk that pre-determined unacceptable consequences occur as a result of a Cyber attack. The CAF provides the framework required to assist relevant Cyber oversight and Assurance.
A foundational understanding of Cyber Security and Best Practice would be beneficial, although not required.
Delegates sit a combination of in-course quizzes and a final, 12 question essay type exam, designed to confirm their understanding of the core requirements. A passing score is achieved at 70% combined.
Successful delegates receive a Certificate of Achievement within 24 hours.
